This handbook outlines the 4-H program from county to international levels including: what 4-H is, getting started, meeting how-to's, adult & leader opportunities, fairs & shows, youth contests, youth opportunities, recognition, and resources. This information constantly changes, so please read the 4-H newsletters for updates. (Updates will be made to this handbook on even-numbered years.)
